Ezras Choilim Health Center is a primary care, outpatient health center located in the Hudson Valley, just an hour north of New York City. Since 1996 weve provided affordable, accessible care to thousands of patients. Our services cover a broad range of treatment areas, including pediatrics, internal medicine, womens health, dentistry, optometry, dermatology, podiatry, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and nutrition, as well as specialty care. Our team of more than 180 physicians, nurses and staff works together to deliver the highest-quality care possible, while backing our physicians with the latest medical technologies, strong administrative support, and an up-to-date physical infrastructure.
