Founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1875, Saint Vincent is the Erie areas first hospital. Since then, Saint Vincent has evolved into an integrated healthcare provider, spread across the northwestern Pennsylvania region.
As a member of the Allegheny Health Network, Saint Vincent Hospital is a 428-bed tertiary care center dedicated to delivering high quality, patient-centered healthcare. Named to U.S. News and World Report 2013-2014 Best Hospitals Guide, Saint Vincent serves 200,000+ patients in Erie County as well as 16 surrounding counties in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio.
