Hannibal Clinic is searching for physicians to join our multi-specialty clinic facility established in 1957. Opportunities include positions in our main clinic located in Hannibal, MO along with additional positions in our satellite clinics.
Aside from primary care, Hannibal Clinic is home to a wide range of sub-specialists. Hannibal Clinic has more than 50 physicians practicing in 21 specialties. Hannibal Clinic partners with local and regional health care organizations, creating an ever expanding base of partnerships and care opportunities for physicians and patients. Hannibal has an expanding and diverse local economy that provides the Clinic with a good payer mix and no HMO presence.
In 2017, Hannibal Clinic joined Blessing Health System. Blessing Health System consists of two award-winning hospitals, a nationally-recognized physician group, an accredited college of nursing and health sciences, a network of medical specialty businesses and a charitable foundation. Serving a primary market area of west central Illinois, northeast Missouri and southeast Iowa, Blessing Corporate Services, Inc., is the parent company of the System providing support and direction to Blessing Hospital; Illini Community Hospital; Blessing Physician Services; Denman Services, Inc.; The Blessing Foundation and Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences. The Mission of Blessing Health System is to improve the health of our communities. This merger allows for better coordination of care, greater access to resources, and increased capability for expansion.
About the Community
Hannibal, "America's Hometown" is a great Mississippi river town, 90 miles north northwest of St. Louis, Missouri. We are within 2 hours of Columbia, Missouri and Springfield, Illinois, and within 4 hours of Kansas City, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois. We have four seasons in a beautiful setting. The arts community is active in this area. Hannibal is very family-oriented. We have top-rated public and parochial schools, a progressive parks & recreation department with Mark Twain Lake (marktwainlake.com) within 28 miles. Hannibal is an ever-expanding and diverse local economy.
