About the Organization

Since 2006, Lamoille Health Partners has been providing comprehensive, quality, and affordable healthcare services and programs to the people of Lamoille County. We have a mission to help people live their best lives by providing premier, comprehensive healthcare for everyone.
A non-profit organization, we achieved Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status in 2008, designating us as the only FQHC in the county. That year we also entered into a joint venture to open the Community Health Pharmacy, giving our patients access to mail order prescription medications at a low price. In 2010, we added Dentistry to our offerings, followed by Pediatrics in 2012.
Today, the more than 19,000 members of our community trust Lamoille Health Partners with their healthcare needs.

From pediatrics and family medicine to dental care, behavioral health and wellness, and pharmacy services, we offer a connected and coordinated system to meet all your care needs.
In addition to the premier medical care services we offer, we are also committed to addressing social determinants of health (SDOH) for our community those non-medical parts of our lives, like transportation, access to food, and housing that can dramatically impact our health. We are committed to expanding our enterprise and partnerships to encompass all of our communitys SDOH need

About the Community

The Lamoille Valley Region is Vermonts fastest-growing area. And its no wonder. Here, at the junction of U.S. Routes 15 (which runs east and west) and 100 (running north and south), is staggering natural beauty, a thriving economy and easy access to Interstate 89 (30 minutes away), not to mention easy access to two of Vermonts best known recreation and ski areas Stowe and Smugglers Notch!
EDUCATION
Lamoille Countys commitment to education is evident in the renovation and reconstruction projects recently undertaken at many schools in the region. Bishop John A. Marshall School is a private, Catholic school serving students in grades preK-8. The local public schools offer a preschool-high school education. Peoples Academy, Stowe High School, and Lamoille Union Middle and High School, the regions secondary schools, vary in size, but each offers a quality education. They share access to the Green Mountain Technology and Career Center, which offers a wide variety of technical education opportunities, many of which include internships with local businesses and industries. Mount Mansfield Winter Academy (co-educational) and the North American Hockey Academy (girls only), both located in Stowe, offer specific programs to high-school-aged student-athletes. Post-secondary education opportunities in the county include Northern Vermont University and Morrisville campus of Community College of Vermont and near by Sterling College .Other opportunities are available in adjacent Chittenden County: the home of the University of Vermont, St. Michaels College, Champlain College, Burlington College, and the VTC campus in Williston.
