About the Organization
Holyoke Medical Group is a physician group providing medical services, including Primary Care, Family Medicine, Pediatric Care, and Walk-In Care, to the residents of the Pioneer Valley. Holyoke Medical Group employs over 75 individuals, of which 17 are doctors and advanced practice providers, across six office locations in western Massachusetts. The Group provides over 50,000 patient care visits annually. This non-profit organization was established in the summer of 1993. Holyoke Medical Group is a member of Valley Health Systems, which also includes the affiliates Holyoke Medical Center, Holyoke VNA Hospice Life Care, and River Valley Counseling Center.
About the Community
Centrally located in the Pioneer Valley, known for its scenery and as a vacation destination, the area features mountain ranges, rolling hills, fertile farmland and golden meadows all surrounding New Englands premier waterway, the Connecticut River. The diverse landscape gives visitors and residents access to a wide variety of activities from alpine skiing to seasonal festivals that draw millions of visitors. The region is served by Bradley International Airport, located just 30 minutes south of Holyoke Medical Group.
