About the Community
Since 2003 we have been providing our elite home health care services to the following counties: Lake, Cook, DuPage, McHenry and Kane. We are a stand-alone Medicare-certified home health care agency operated by a group of healthcare professionals who understand the significance of providing superior home health care services.
