About the Community

Pine Haven Community began its service to the elderly in 1964. We are a non-profit limited liability company that was organized in 1962 for the purpose of providing health care services for elderly and disabled persons. Pine Haven Care Center provides excellent Short-Term and Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care and currently operates a 70 bed skilled nursing home.

Pine Haven Community encompasses a 70 bed skilled nursing/rehab and a 24 unit Assisted Living Facility.
