We provide services in 12 clinic locations and 14 schools. Locations include: Bellevue, Buhl, Burley, Fairfield, Jerome, Kimberly, Rupert, Shoshone, and Twin Falls. School locations include K-12 in Buhl, Burley, Declo, Jerome, Kimberly, Shoshone, and Twin Falls.
