About the Organization

The Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) is a large independent private practice multi-specialty group located in Central Missouri. We have around 125 providers offering 35 different specialties. Our group is also both physician owned as well as physician led. 58 of our current 71 physicians are equal owners and shareholders. Our model promotes both ownership and entrepreneurship, and our associate physician agreements with onboarding physicians is designed to offer ownership within the first 24 months of joining us. Opportunities with us also come with loads of autonomy! You have majority say in staff, schedule, case mix, etc...Largest completely independent medical group for 100 miles.
