Three Lower Counties Community Services Inc., (TLCCS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland surrounded by the beautiful Beaches of Ocean City, Assateague Island, and the Chesapeake Bay. TLCCS is a multi-specialty health center that provides services in the following disciplines: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Mental Health, Dental and Pharmacy. In addition to that several of our sites offer other health care services such as on site Laboratory Services, Nutritional Counseling, Diabetes Education and Medication Management.
