The Community Health Center of Cape Cod is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care, behavorial health, dental care, imaging, lab,pharmacy, vision and womans health services to a diverse population.
We have outpatient clinics in Bourne, Falmouth and Mashpee, offering a wide range of commuting options.
