About the Organization
Health Partners of Western Ohio is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician either M.D. or D.O. to provide outpatient services within an Ambulatory Outpatient Care Facility. HPWO is Federally Qualified Health Center network of 12 facilities offering an integrated model of care which includes Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy that includes Dispensing and Clinical Pharmacy, also at one location Chiropractic services. This physician will serve as the provider leader for either the Kenton Community Health Center in Kenton, Ohio or Quick Care Health Center in Lima, Ohio.
