Our mission at Lamprey Health Care is to provide primary medical care and health-related services, with a focus on prevention and lifestyle management, to individuals & families of all ages regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Lamprey Health Care offers a medical home for patients, with access to many health services in addition to primary health care, so that all of their health care needs are met under one roof. We offer convenient, caring and affordable health care for all - at Lamprey Health Care, your health is our priority. Our "wrap-around" health services include social services & case management, health education, nutrition education & counseling, wellness programs, chronic disease management, transportation services, behavioral health services, interpretation services, health education programs, community clinics & health screenings, and much more.
About the Community
Lamprey Health Care is New Hampshires oldest and largest private, non-profit community health center. With three centers in Nashua, Newmarket, and Raymond we serve over 16,000 patients of all ages each year.
Raymond - Since 1981, Lamprey Health Care has provided high quality health care to individuals & families throughout the Greater Raymond Area, serving patients of all ages. Our goal is to provide you and your family a medical home, a caring, convenient and patient-friendly center where you can access a wide range of comprehensive health related services based on your healthcare needs.
Newmarket - Lamprey Health Cares original health center, the Newmarket center has been a staple of the community for over 40 years. Our Newmarket Center was designed to be inviting, sunny and comfortable for patients and their families. Over the years the Newmarket Center has been expanded and upgraded to meet the needs of the Newmarket Community.
Nashua - The Nashua Center joined the Lamprey family in 2001, but had been serving the community for years prior as the Nashua Area Health Center. In 2011 the Nashua Center completed a renovation and expansion project to better meet the needs of the Nashua Community. Our new building has over 20,000 square feet that includes dedicated space for womens care and laboratory services.
