About the Community
Headquartered in Brentwood, TN, Premise Health operates more than 800 onsite and nearsite wellness centers in 45 states and Guam, delivering care through the Digital Wellness Center and onsite, nearsite, mobile, and event solutions.
The corporate office gives team members access to an onsite wellness center, pharmacy, and fitness center. Premise nearsites are in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas for team member access as well.
