About the Organization
Amid the stunning scenery of the Columbia Basin and in the shadow of Grand Coulee Dam, sits Coulee Medical Center. CMC is a 25 bed critical access hospital, level IV trauma center located in the rural area known as the Grand Coulee Dam Area. Coulee Medical Center boasts a brand new state-of-the-art facility offering patients the highest quality of care with services on-site including Lab, Radiology and pharmacy services, Family Medicine, Obstetrics, Urgent Care, Emergency Services, Surgical Services, Outpatient Services, Inpatient Care and Long Term Care. Our care extends to not just the three area communities of Electric City, Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam but also into the rolling wheat fields of outlying areas covering more than 50 miles in all directions and including the Colville Tribal Reservation to the north.
As a teaching site for the University Of Washington School of Medicine our facility employs Medical providers with outstanding skills and experience. With medical students on site for eight months out of the year our medical staff is always current with cutting edge technology and medicine. In addition to being a site that has been teaching medical students for over ten years, CMC also hosts nursing and ARNP students from several different colleges through out the state of Washington. Coulee Medical Center welcomes the opportunity to employ physicians in their third year of an M.D. residency as well as, residents in their second year of a D.O. program, who have the ability to enhance our patient care experience with the skills they have acquired with the latest in education.
As a resident working shifts in our ER you can expect to earn a competitive salary of $90.00 per hour with post residency physicians earning as much as $120.00 per hour. CMCs full-time physician compensation starts with an annual base salary partnered with the opportunity to increase earnings to more than $260,000.00 annually. Aside from a competitive compensation and benefits package,
