LCDF empowers and enriches families, individuals and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health and educational services for people of all cultures by adopting and putting into practice our core values: quality, respect, responsibility, commitment, trust & teamwork.
LCDF completed 40+ years of serving the community of Dona Ana County, and are very excited to have met this milestone and to be part of this very rewarding journey. We have grown to our current Community of Health Centers Network of 10 full-time Community Medical Centers, 7 Dental Centers, a Family Services Program and Behavioral Health Department. LCDF provides medical and dental services to 50,000 individuals!
LCDF offers comprehensive health care services including pediatrics, family medicine, women's health care, OB/GYN and prenatal services, prevention medicine, health and nutrition education, adolescent services, mental health services, dental services, school based clinic, pharmacy, and laboratory services. LCDF offers social services support including case management, advocacy and referrals.
