Since its inception in 1909, residents of Canton, Fulton County and surrounding communities have trusted Graham to provide high-quality healthcare services. As a private, not-for-profit health system, our vision is to be the communitys choice for an exceptional healthcare experience.
Graham Health System, a diverse healthcare network consisting of Graham Hospital, Graham Medical Group, Graham Home Health & Hospice, Graham Wellness Center, Graham Home Medical, Graham School of Nursing, and Graham Hospital Foundation, strives to improve and enhance the health and wellbeing of our community by providing the right balance of highly skilled physicians, a compassionate nursing and support staff, advanced medical technology, comprehensive home care services, extensive cardiac and pulmonary programs, unique educational opportunities, and a variety of community health partnerships.
About the Community
Fulton County, a county known for its lakes, marshlands, waterfowl and wildlife, is located in West Central Illinois. Canton is the largest population center with 14,704 residents (2010 Census).
