o In 2013 NWP received the best practice of the year award from the
Colorado Academy of Family Physicians Foundation
o In 2015 NWP was awarded the national Acclaim Award by the
AMGA foundation for the medical group which most closely
approaches the ideal health care system as measured by the
quadruple aim
o In 2017, NWP was awarded the CDC Million Hearts Award for its
achievement in reducing stroke and heart attacks through improved
hypertension control.
By joining New West Physicians, you would be part of a thriving group practice surrounded by high quality colleagues. We allow our practice sites autonomy in the running of their sites, to preserve the small practice environment and to allow decision making by our providers who are delivering the care. This allows providers to spend the majority of their time caring for patients, unburdened from the business aspects of practice which are all handled centrally, including billing, accounting and finance, HR, contracting and credentialing and purchasing. About the Community
New West Physicians is a large primary care group practice with 20 locations and 125 providers throughout the Denver metro area in scenic Colorado.
Our goal is to place the patient at the center of the care model with a focused patient/physician relationship supported by a sophisticated infrastructure. This allows providers to concentrate on patient care without the added burden of the business aspects of medicine.
