About the Organization
GERIATRIC SERVICES, P.C. is a leading geriatric practice founded in 1987, with administrative offices in Yonkers, NY. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants provide full-time Primary Care to residents of Skilled Nursing Facilities located in mid to lower New York State; several physicians also provide Medical Direction at these facilities.
