About the Organization
Hilltown Community Health Center is a federally qualified health center in rural western MA serving over 8000 patients in three sites with primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Hilltown CHC has been in existence for over 50 years and is looking for physicians in internal medicine and/or family practice to join our group. The health center is working towards NCQA recognition as a patient-centered medical home and has begun this year to implement electronic health records. This is great place where you can have a tremendous impact on our rural population. Western MA is also a wonderful place to raise a family and is conveniently located near great restaurants, local arts and theater, and is close to metro Boston, New York, and Albany.
