We are based in North Carolina, and currently manage 10 Hospitalist programs throughout North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Maryland. We were originally established in 1997, at the beginning of the hospitalist movement.
All of our hospitalist programs are established in a 100% physician owned private-practice model and offer excellent hospitalist career opportunities. All programs are well-aligned with our client hospitals. Our programs are physician-driven, and each practice has autonomy and encourages physician involvement.

Outstanding income & scheduling controlled by the physicians in the practice typically 7 on / 7 off blocked schedules (averaging 15 shifts per month, 18-20 patients per day)
