We have 30 providers in our group, and our ancillary staff includes: RNs for triage nurse visits and assisting providers as needed; LPNs for immunizations, paperwork and general assistance; MAs for one-to-one with physicians; room patients, provide translations as needed. HHC is not a hospital-based practice and we have no hospital rounding: all admissions are handled by hospitalists. Our caseload is 75% adult patients and 25 % pediatric patients. Our clinic schedule is 9am - 5pm , Monday - Friday and our provides work 4.5 hour days with 4 hours of administrative time, with on call 3 days a month by telephone only.
