Adult Outpatient Services (Director):
This position is responsible for providing supervision to all unit staff within the Adult Outpatient Clinic including meeting supervision requirements for all Evidence Based Practices (EBP) models. Provides administrative supervision and support to the management team under Adult Outpatient services, to ensure the services provided to individuals are in accordance with State and Federal regulations, funding source requirements, agency policies and procedures. Will collaborate with all connecting programs and units, maintain continuity of care, develop and implement the program concepts, services and census growth. Will also monitor progress of individuals served and ensure appropriateness of services, making assessments regarding the needs of individuals and the level of care decisions. Will participate in annual budget planning and development sessions; monitor program expenditures and production, expense accounts, complete monthly and quarterly reports, annual goals and objectives reports as required by the division director, administration and regulatory/authorizing environment.
Qualifications: Masters degree preferred in Social Work, Education, Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, 2-5 years management experience in social/human services agency including supervision, direct services and program planning and experience in the development of multi-site programs. Needs the ability to make decisions, excellent time management skills, attention to details and ability to work independently within established parameters. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Manage Care and must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and overall computer skills along with the ability to use Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
