Job Description



The primary focus of the Family Nurse Practitioner is to provide quality primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to all patients.



Details:



Permanent, full-time position
Shifts: 11am to 8pm Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays
Support Urgent Care program

Qualifications



Valid New York medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Al least 5 years of experience
Urgent care experience required
Must be able to see Pediatric patients
