Responsible for accurate and timely HMIS data entry for all program
entries, updates, and exits
Examines information for accuracy and completeness
Consults with program staff for clarification or to resolve discrepancies for
inclusion, correction, or for update of information reported
Inputs data into computer for programmatic and evaluation purposes
Maintains and implements a secured standardized filing, reporting,
retrieval and protection system for records, reports, and other information,
as required
Collects and prepares demographic data
Compiles and prepares service delivery reports
Collates data within multiple databases to ensure accuracy between
reporting systems
Provides feedback on current data collection processes and compliance to
support data quality procedures
Maintain accurate case file documentation, client characteristics, and
program utilization information for all program clients in the Apricot
database and other required reporting systems
Assists the Business Analytics Manager in developing data structures and
reporting mechanisms to enhance, expand, and improve data analysis
tools for the management team
Attends staff trainings, staff meetings, and other professional trainings as

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to learn technical software
Ability to perform daily duties to achieve expected outcomes and performance measures with
minimal supervision
Display professional appearance
Ability to handle difficult situations in a discreet and professional manner
Provide administrative support to a specific area of the organization such as HR, Finance,
Ability to compile data and analyze information
