Ensures the smooth operation of HopeSource dispatch and driver communications
Prepares and submits data for ALTC and P4P monthly reporting.
Schedules drivers, dispatch monthly and processes schedule changes daily.
Assists in gathering information for grants, audits, and other funding sources.
Reviews vehicle pre-trips and inputs data (Autosist)
Prepares daily manifests to maximize route efficiency
Answers transportation phone in a courtesy, helpful manner that reflects the CASTLE values.
Advocates, prescreens, and schedules clients for appropriate programs; DAR, ALTC, P4P and
Has knowledge of Central Transport routes and schedules
Orders, distributes, tracks, and collects all drivers uniforms
Participates in required trainings to maintain all required certifications and improve technical
Participates in HopeSource team meetings.
Back up for Transportation Manager in reviewing timecards and inputting timecard changes.
Maintain client data base (RouteMatch)

Minimum Requirements:

Associates degree in field related to office management or transportation preferred; or three
years equivalent work experience
Proficient in the use of computers, various software, basic office equipment, and the ability to
learn new software applications
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple calls in a timely and professional manner
Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relations
Ability to work with low-income and disabled clients in a professional and compassionate
Ability to produce and compile detailed reports
Valid Washington State drivers license
Safe driving record including no moving traffic violations or at fault accidents within the past 3
Must maintain all relevant and required certifications - training provided
Must take and pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
Must pass a state- and nation-wide criminal history check.
Requires sitting and viewing computer screens for extended periods of time
