Accounts Receivable Manager

Oversee A/R Activities
o Implement and maintain A/R related policies & procedures
o Review the accuracy of invoices and ensure their timely submission
o Ensure timely collection to maintain adequate cash flow level
o Review all A/R related transactions, including ARB, ARC & CR
Oversee Affordable Housing Accounting
o Review monthly financial statements
o Prepare reports for management
Assist in Donation management
o Collaborate with fundraising & marketing team members to reconcile donation records
o Ensure all receipts including cash & in-kind donation policies and procedures are being
Oversee Subgrantee Finance
o Lead the quarterly review of subgrantee financial records
Other Responsibilities
o Assist in cost allocation processes
o Assist in generating reports
o Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in accounting or related fields
2-3 years' professional experience in billing and collection role
Highly proficient in Excel
Ability to prioritize, plan, & guide team members
Experience in Non-profit accounting is preferred
