Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in our Park Rapids Clinic - Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity - no call

Join a team of one physician and one APP
Outpatient practice- no call
Monday- Friday; 8-5
Support staff: LPN, lab/X-ray, patient access representative
Outreach specialties that provide service in the clinic: cardiology, oncology, ortho, podiatry, nephrology, OB & diabetes education
