Job Description

Mercy Clinic is seeking Internal Medicine Hospitalists and Nocturnists to join our established practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Hospitalist Highlights
7-on/7-off schedule (180 shifts a year) great work/life balance with flexible schedules
o Days: 7 AM-7PM
Work alongside 18 board certified physicians & 2 mid-level providers with a variety of specialty consults available
Closed ICU
Expanding Hospitalist program
336 bed full-service hospital
System Wide EPIC EHR

Nocturnist Highlights
7-on/7-off schedule (180 shifts a year) great work/life balance with flexible schedules
o Nights: 7 PM 7 AM
Night shift rate differential applied
Work alongside board certified physicians with a variety of specialty consults available
Admit for most specialties - Averages 6-8 admissions
Closed ICU
System Wide EPIC EHR
