Job Description

TPMG is seeking a full-time BE/BC Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join our team in Walnut Creek/Antioch, CA.

The Kaiser Permanente Diablo Service Area Department of Orthopedics is searching for a full-time, B/C or B/E Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon. The ideal candidate is a positive team player with long term career goals at TPMG. The candidate will have fellowship training in managing complex and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, and facile with general orthopedic trauma. We are looking for a surgeon with training and experience in the anterior approach for hip replacement.

The DSA hospitals are in Walnut Creek and Antioch (counter commute), with medical offices in Dublin. All of our joint reconstruction surgery is performed at our state-of-the-art Antioch facility, where we work closely with excellent, motivated OR staff. We take general Orthopedic Call, approximately 1:10. Outpatient surgery is performed in the Dublin and Antioch facilities. We are staffed with 25 general and sub-specialty orthopedic surgeons, including six other fellowship trained total joint surgeons and 22 PAs/NPs.
The Kaiser DSA Orthopedic Department serves a local population of nearly 440,000 members. Walnut Creek is located in a sought-after and desirable part of the East Bay, just 20 minutes from San Francisco and close to Lake Tahoe. We have some of the best schools (public) in the entire state of California. The area is appealing to people who enjoy outdoor sports, excellent restaurants and an abundance of cultural activities.

Board Certification or Eligibility
Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
