The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. We currently have an opening for a board certified Physician who is experienced in wound care to join us in the following role:

Opportunity in Sacramento, California
In this role, you will perform debridement, hematoma evacuation, application of biologic dressings, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience within an outpatient wound care clinic or academic setting, preferably with experience in hyperbaric medicine and/or vascular medicine. We are open to a BC Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Plastic Surgery, Surgery, or Vascular Surgery Physician.

This position will be based out of the Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Facility and be part of our Greater Sacramento Valley Wound and Ostomy service. The provider will spend time at both our Sacramento and Roseville campuses, and work with a team of certified wound and ostomy nurses who function in an extended role at each site as well as medical assistants. Currently, there is no call required. There is potential for academic affiliation and education of Family Practice residents through our new Family Practice residency program. Research opportunities are also available if interested.

This position is a shareholder track position with the opportunity for full partnership after three years of service.
