Job Description

Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a BC or BE Neurologist to join our Austin Oak Hill Medical Center.

Position Highlights

- Join a new general neurology practice to provide general neurological care to patients in a community-based clinic and hospital setting.

- The work schedule is Monday-Friday in support of clinic business hours and patient care needs.

- EMG/NCS capabilities are needed initially until business justifies hiring a technician.

- Night/weekend call is involved, shared evenly amongst a team, by phone only at night.

- Acute stroke coverage is handled by a Tele-stroke team.

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- Austin is the newest full-service hospital in the Oak Hill community of Southwest Austin. Now open, the medical center offers a range of clinical and surgical services, as well as an emergency department open 74/7, operating rooms, imaging, and other services, and plays a central role in community wellness. A primary and specialty care clinic will open adjacent to the medical center.
