Registered Nurse (RN) Residency Program

The BRMC Residency provides a comprehensive onboarding experience to transition and support newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners. The BRMC RN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components.
This program was designed for RN graduates and RN's, with six (6) months or less experience.RN's with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met.
Required Documents Include: Application with complete work history Resume, Unofficial Transcript and Answers to the following Open Ended Questions:
1. Select two (2) of the I CARE Values to define in your own words and give an example of a time when you demonstrated that value (may be a personal, school or work experience).

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
