Job Description

The Gundersen Health System is looking for a BC/BE Primary Care Physician to practice in the new Sparta clinic.

The medical staff includes 5 physicians, 4 APPs, a Psychiatrist and a Therapist.

Practice Highlights:

15-17 patients per day
1:5 call
Flexible schedule based on FTE
24-hour specialist consultation available
Office hours M-F 7:30 am- 5:30 pm

In addition, the Sparta Clinic also provides outreach clinics in podiatry, nephrology, urology, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedic surgery, and general surgery and diabetes education and nutrition. The Gundersen Sparta Clinic practices state-of-the art medicine and connects you with the entire Gundersen Health System with telemedicine and a system-wide integrated electronic medical record (Epic.)

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated. In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians. Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
