Job Description

As a part of the OptumCare network, ProHealth Physicians is seeking an Adult/Geriatric Primary Care provider to join our team in Kensington, CT. Position Highlights

No mandatory call!
Four day work schedule, no weekend shifts and flexible schedules
Three provider practice (1 physician, 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians)
1:1 Medical Assistant to Provider ratio
Loan Repayment for eligible providers

Required Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Unlimited Licensure (or eligible) in the state of Connecticut
Focus on superior outcomes, team-based care and cost-efficient care delivery
