WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 3 years of nurse practitioner experience, preferred. The Nurse Practitioner will meet the growing demand for primary care services at FPN CityWay Family & Sports Medicine , in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have experience treating patients of all ages in Family Medicine, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
No call expectation
Average outpatient volume: 18 -22 patients per day
Will treat patients of all ages
o Common Cold
o Medicare Wellness Checks
o Preventative Visits
