Job Description

NortonMedical Group offers hospitalist coverage through two groups comprised of more than 25 physicians andten midlevel providers serving four adult-service hospitals in Louisville, Kentucky. Thesepractices have a complete staff, including office managers who report to a practice director as well as access to an entire multifunctional team within Norton Medical Group. This includes billing and coding support, medical directors and senior leadership. An electronic medical records system (Epic) is integrated in 100 percent of Norton Healthcares practices and hospitals.

About the position

- Compensation plan based on work relative value unit productivity as well as a value-based incentive plan with a focus on quality and patient experience
- Continuing medical education (CME) opportunities within Norton Healthcare and funds available for additional CME
- Opportunities to participate in the physician advisory board, leadership academy, committees and community involvement
- Electronic medical records system (Epic) integrated in 100 percent of Norton Healthcare practices and hospitals

Requirements for this position

- Medical degree/diploma
- Residency/fellowship certification
- Kentucky medical license or license eligible
