Postdoctoral Associate – Ucar Lab

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join Ucar Lab as a postdoctoral researcher. The Ucar Lab studies the dynamics of epigenomic regulation of gene expression in human cells and discovers predictive signatures pertaining to human aging and aging-diseases. The successful applicant will develop and apply computational methods for genomic data analyses especially in immune cells. Salary will be competitive and will be supplemented with funding for computational equipment and for attending national and international conferences.

Requirements:
PhD. in a quantitative area: computer science, statistics, physics
Experience in analyses of genomic datasets
Programming experience in R, Python, or C++
