Job Description

Schneck Medical Center is seeking a board certified/board eligible family physician to join its established traditional family medicine practice. Practice medicine in beautiful southern Indiana!

-Health system-employed position
-$70,000 sign-on bonus
-Generous income guarantee (no drop!) and additional compensation for staffing Urgent Care Clinic
-$2,500 per month stipend for residents as they complete training until start date
-Includes 403b and 457b with health benefits
-224 PTO hours per year and 24 CME PTO hours/year
-$3,000 per year CME allowance and $1,000 electronic educational material allowance

-Hospital-employed practice.
-Outpatient only - Med/Peds Hospitalists cover inpatient
-Full-time physicians work an average of 4.5 days/week
-Fully converted to EHR, using Meditch
-Second office located in Brownstown, Indiana - less than 15 minutes from Seymour

-Physicians and APPs staff an urgent care, walk-in clinic located next to the Seymour office
-Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday-Sunday, 12pm to 5pm
-Staffing rotates between all providers during the week with one weekend day per month

-Stress tests
-Minor skin surgeries
