Binghamton, NY – Population 100k – Scranton 1 hour, New York City 2.25 Hours Permanent, full-time position Will serve as Director of CVICU which includes both cardiac surgery and medical cardiology patients (certification in Intensive Care also required) Cardiology department includes 12 Cardiologist, 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 9 APPs Employed with 4 hospital system with over 650 beds serving over 350k residents Teaching opportunities with Cardiology Fellowship, as well as medical students Opportunities to participate in clinical trials Awarded Hear Failure Accreditation by American College of Cardiology Stroke Certified – Gold Plus Achievement Award from American Stroke Association Received ‘Heart Failure Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award’ for implementing specific quality measures in care for heart failure patients by American Heart Association American Heart Association Workplace Health Achievement Award – Silver Level Chest Pain Center accredited by Society of Chest Pain Centers NCQA Certified Medical Home Competitive & negotiable base salary or income guarantee with productivity incentives.
