Job Details: - Pay Rate: $1,900/day (Includes up to 3 hours of work) Call back: $350/hour after the first 3 hours each day - Qualifications: MD/DO Vascular Surgeon, General Surgeon, or CT Surgeon If General Surgeon or CT surgeon, then must have recent vascular surgery experience - BC/BE - Active AZ license - Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital with Clinics - Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing 7-10 day blocks per month, but will consider longer blocks - Shifts are 24 hour call - 1/2 day of clinic as needed Tues and Thurs - Assignment: 24 hour Call and Clinic as needed EMR: Cerner
