Established northern CA group consists of 1 Pulmonary/Critical Care and 4 Nephrology/Critical Care physicians, supported by 5 experienced Advanced Practice Providers (who take all night call). Hiring to help cover patients of 2 of the Nephrology/Critical Care physicians who are slowing their practice toward retirement, and aid the 1 Pulmonary/Critical Care physician who needs big time help as well. They are the only Pulmonary/Critical Care group in the area so growth is available and imminent when they hire more qualified physicians. Enjoy low Call is 1:6 for both Critical Care and Nephrology. Sleep training welcomed as the group owns a Sleep Lab but needs someone to use it, as their Sleep physician left them. Group is run very fairly, and partnership is generally offered after one year, giving a piece of residual income. Our northern CA city has a population of 89,000 and a surrounding service area of near 175,000.
