The Tim and Carolynn Rice Center for Child and Adolescent Health serves patients from birth to age 21, providing well visits, sick-child care, and a wide range of services for children with complex medical and psychosocial health issues. We serve a diverse patient population with families that speak many different languages. With nurses, a lactation consultant, parent educators, care coordinators, and behavioral health clinicians onsite, we provide team-based care to best serve the needs of our patients and their caregivers. The Center for Children is a teaching site for the UNC Pediatric Residency program. We provide evidence-based care in a medical home that provides training and education for residents, medical students and other allied health students. Cone Health and Moses H.
