Pediatrician Competitive Salary and Excellent Benefit Package The Monterey County Health Department Clinic Services Bureau seeks skilled Pediatricians to join our dedicated team at our pediatric clinic located in Salinas, California. Our physicians focus on primary care and are mission driven to provide excellent medical care to critically underserved populations of Monterey County. Our clinics are designated as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and care for those with commercial insurance, Medi-Cal, Medicare as well as the remaining uninsured. We are looking for pediatricians that have experience with premature infants and coordinating care for special needs children; a culturally diverse patient population; working in team based care (1:2 Physician/MA ratio); and have a strong desire to serve critically underserved populations. Desired Qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired. Experience with electronic health record, preferably EPIC Monterey County is a scenic, multi-cultural community, for which the key industries of agriculture, tourism, and higher education are the backdrop.
