Group of Board Certified Anesthesiologists covering a community practice with OB/GYN, pediatrics, ortho, neuro, thoracic, plastic, eye, and trauma possibly in the Pomona Valley area. Board certification or eligibility a requirement. Fellowship a plus, but not required. It is a busy practice with 1-2 Weekend calls and 3-4 weekday calls a month. After OR 1st call, you are still on the schedule to work the next day but there is an estimated 20% chance of having to work. When NC, you cover only OB and are in house. The next day is usually always off.
