Responsibilities: Provide the comprehensive primary care services within a patient-centered medical home/ federally qualified health center setting. Participate in all pediatric department performance improvement, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions. Qualifications: New York State License. DEA Registration. Board Certified strongly preferred. Infection Control Certification, Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Commitment to provide the highest quality of patient-centered, culturally competent care to diverse patient populations.
