Westwood-Mansfield Pediatric Associates has a current position available for a Pediatrician. Will consider full or part-time position. Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics is an established practice that has been serving children and adolescents for over fifty years. The practice operates in three locations, Westwood, Mansfield and Easton Massachusetts. All sites are about 30 minutes outside of the Boston area. The practice is owned by six (6) Pediatricians and employs five (5) additional Pediatricians, six (6) Pediatric nurse practitioners, four 4 integrated behavioral health consultants and approximately 65 support staff. Patient population is approximately 16,000. The practice is professionally managed with an executive director and a team of competent department managers. The practice operates under a Medical Home Model , is NCQA Certified and its key mission is to educate and empower families. The practice is affiliated with Boston Children’s Hospital's Primary Care Alliance and the Pediatric Physician’s Organization of Children’s (PPOC) which encompasses over 300 pediatricians all working together to negotiate the best payer contracts in the area. Call is 1 night per week (Phone only) and 1:9 weekends. First call is covered by Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Coverage with physician as 2nd call.
