Immediate opening - Pediatrician Come join our growing Community Health Center practice, with multiple clinic sites in Northwest Indiana; offering a broad range of medical services for our growing pediatric population. Qualified candidates should be comfortable providing the full spectrum of office-based care/procedures for children. Best practice skills and preventive medicine are essential to practice in our FQHC Centers. Our clinics are located within 1 hour of Chicago, and about 15 minutes from the Indiana Dunes along Lake Michigan. Our clinic facilities boast modern patient suites, digital imaging, ultrasound capabilities, and full laboratory services. Qualified candidates should be Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatric Medicine, hold or can obtain current Indiana Pediatric Physician and CSR licenses, and valid DEA Licensing.
