Typical call is 1-2 weekday calls per week and 1:4 weekends, at the main hospital only. Variety of procedures which would include laparoscopic, thoracoscopic, neonatal, operative management blunt and open traumatic injuries. Additional procedures includes repair of inguinal, umbilical, epigastric hernias, lymph node biopsies. Clinic procedures include circumcision, polydactyly, I&D. Experience in ECMO cannulation is ideal but not required. Opportunities for PDA ligation, chest wall reconstruction, laparoscopic bariatric surgery and advanced pilonidal procedures in the practice as well.
