Seeking a board certified/board eligible, fellowship trained pediatric ENT to join our team of 5 pediatric ENTs, 3 nurse practitioners, 4 audiologists, and an Allergist in Orlando, FL. The practice is part of a multispecialty group that also includes pediatric pulmonology, pediatric sleep medicine. • Well-established and respected practice in the Orlando area for the past 18 years • Dedicated to providing the best care for infants, children and adolescents with conditions affecting the head and neck • The partners have over 70 combined years of surgical experience with training from Johns Hopkins, Harvard, George Washington University and the University of Florida • Named among Best Doctors in America for over 10 years • Active members of the surgical departments at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children • Serve as pediatric otolaryngology consultants on many multidisciplinary teams including the cleft palate and craniofacial teams, cochlear implant team and aerodigestive and swallowing disorder clinic • Enjoy a strong collaborative association with pediatric pulmonology and pediatric sleep medicine • Cover the major hospital system in the city with an expansive variety and complexity of cases • Training of resident physicians and fellows • Abundant opportunities to participate in education, research and clinical development programs Compensation: $400,000 to$420,000.00 base salary. Vacation: 20 working days/year CME: 5 days/year with $3500.00 for CME Moving expenses coverage available. Other benefits available (Health insurance, 401K, life insurance/Disability insurance Responsibilities Performing in office evaluations on children with ENT diagnosis Performing in-office procedures on appropriate children with ENT diagnosis Performing appropriate ENT surgical procedures on children with ENT related diagnosis Working with and training allied team of nurse practitioners and physician associates Collaborating with other allied subspecialty groups ion the management of patients. Qualifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified and Fellowship trained Required Skill set Excellent bedside manners and oratory skills Excellent ENT surgery skills Full spectrum of fellowship level surgical capabilities are desired Although known for its theme parks and year-round sunshine, Orlando is equally appealing to nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. White-sand Florida beaches are an easy one-hour drive away, abundant parks and natural areas boast recreational activities and wildlife viewing, and golf-lovers flock to the plentiful premier courses. Disney World and Universal Studios top the list of entertainment activities but there are also a multitude of restaurants, festivals and sporting events to attend. With a diverse population, Orlando has built a cohesive community of reasonably priced residential housing from quaint rural towns to upscale enclaves, many on the numerous lakes dotting the area. Private and public education is excellent with several nationally ranked colleges located nearby. The cost of living is lower than state and national averages and there is no state income tax.
